Bond Vote - August 23, 2016

For the last 10 + years, the Deer Creek School District has grown an average of 300 students per year resulting in a need for additional square footage, buses, and technology to house and serve all of our students.  The Deer Creek School District Board of Education has called for a BOND VOTE on August 23, 2016 in the amount of $175,000,000.00.  This Bond will include the following:

• Elementary School #6

• Elementary School #7
• Land Purchase Elementary #7
• Land  Purchase Future School
• Second Story Addition to Deer Creek Middle School
• Additional Wing with classrooms at Spring Creek Elementary
• Storm Shelter Wing with classrooms at Deer Creek Elementary
• Storm Shelter Wing with classrooms at Prairie Vale Elementary
• Storm Shelter Addition with Wrestling, Cheer, and Pom rooms at the Performing Arts & Athletic Center
• Secure Entries at Deer Creek Elementary, Prairie Vale Elementary, Rose Union Elementary, and Grove Valley Elementary
• Band, Drama, Choir additional classrooms at the Performing Arts & Athletic Center 
• District-wide School Refresh
• Football Stadium Turf and Track replacement 
• Transportation including Buses, Activity Buses, Vans, and Suburbans
• Technology
• Band Instruments/Uniforms
• Books, General Improvement, and other Operational Expenses
